The Tilton Winter Farmers’ Market opens this weekend for its second year, and it promises to be even better than last year. The 2013 market will be open both Saturday and Sunday, January through March, offering shoppers more flexibility than ever!
Both Saturday and Sunday will feature more than 40 vendors each, with face painting for the kids and live music. This year’s market will offer even more vegetables, with lots of organic options. Stock up on fresh greens, mushrooms, sprouts, tomatoes, garlic and more. We’ll have plenty of locally raised meats, eggs, dairy, cheese, along with locally produced homemade breads, pastries, soups, gourmet popcorn, cider, local honey, granola, maple syrup, jams, jellies, coffee, teas, wine and beer. You will find all that you need to make healthy, satisfying and nutritious meals all winter long. Rounding out the market fare will be bodycare products, herbal products, dog treats and composting worms.
The market is indoors in a warm and inviting 12,000 square foot building with plenty of parking, right off of I-93, Exit 20. It’s an just easy drive 18 minutes north of Concord.

See you this Saturday or Sunday at the market! Don’t forget to bring a friend.
Thanks for your support of local New Hampshire farmers and food producers!
Hours, Please?
10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
I am excited about the free shuttle service from Tanger Outlet to be provided by Lakes Region Airport Shuttle. This will help people get to the Farmer’s Market easily from two pick up spots at Tanger Outlet. I drove by last weekend and the parking was tight at the market itself; hopefully this will help. I plan on using this when I go this weekend.
